Our “Thank You” for All Assistance During the at the Hove Festival 2009

In relations to the booth we held at the Hove Festival this year. The experience and the outreach was made possible through the kind efforts or sponsorship of the following:

Millba

The bakery goods company Millba generously donated more than 400 of their Aunt Mabel’s muffins to our small café.

Löfbergs Lila

The coffee company Löfbergs was kind enough to sponsor us with 36 bags of their fair-trade coffee “Fairplay” and 2000 coffee cups, in addition to lending us a coffee machine.

Replay

The clothing company REPLAY donated three wooden plates with jacket art to the organization for us to auction on eBay. The company had a booth backstage where the performing artists were able to decorate their own jackets, and the result was artwork linked with Slipknot, White Lies and Hockey.

The Hove Festival

The festival sponsored us with tent and electricity and gave us the chance to make our booth reality.

Café Lindvedske

We also received a donation in the form of a carrot cake from the local Cafè Lindvedske.

Booth Volunteers

The organization have 5 enthusiastic volunteers donating of their time to give something back to the community and we owe a big thank you to Carina Johansen, Margarita Johansen, Nina Sætevik, Marie Granbom and Vetle Danielsen.

AMV Volunteers

In addition to the booth volunteers the organization had 17 volunteers working for the festival itself. As a thank you for their efforts, an amount was donated to the organization per volunteer, and we would like to thank all seventeen for their participation during Hove.

Our scholars and volunteers in Manila

The pictures of bright faces of the scholars we have in Manila really made the booth come to life, and we also wish to thank them all for their personal contribution to our booth. Photographer Cholo Lacson and project assistant Heide Javier also took part in this funfilled photo shoot.
