Mentorship Program

Last September 9 of 2017, AMV launched the mentorship program in partnership with the company Boldr. The program was a collaboration between Boldr and AMV to ensure projects that lead to the empowerment of the scholars. The aim of the mentorship program was that it would encourage the scholars to remain engaged in both curricular and extracurricular activities.

Every other Saturday between September and March, a total of eight mentors and eight scholars met at the Boldr headquarters. Through a structured curriculum, the mentors taught English and Basic Computer skills.

The program concluded in March and for the final session, the scholars held presentations on their learning outcomes. Present at the session was also Mr David Sudolsky and Mr Erlend Johannesen, respectively President and Vice President of A Million Voices Philippines’ board.
