Special Summer Treat – Cinema Time

On Saturday we held our annual scholarship evaluation meeting, where parents and scholars were given the chance to speak their minds and provide feedback on the year that has passed and suggestions for the upcoming school year.

After the meeting, all the scholars were in for a special summer treat – a cinema visit. What the parents did not know, though, was that they would also be included. It was with great joy that the scholar parents joined their children to watch a movie at the nearby mall – especially since majority of them had never experienced to see a movie in the cinema before.

As one parent put it, with a major smile: “Thank you so much for giving me 2-3 hours of rest and needed break”.

Needless to say, they all loved the movie and the experience – especially being able to spend quality time with their parents/children.
