Want to volunteer at an incredible music festival this summer?

Are you located in Norway this summer? If so, are you interested in experiencing a week of a lifetime? You will be listening to fantastic music, experience the Norwegian beauty, and get to know amazing local and international people. Even more so, you will be doing it in the name of charity!

If this all sounds intriguing, you might want to consider becoming an A Million Voices Volunteer at the Hove Festival this summer. Here are some more details.

 

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

  • What: The Hove Festival is one of the biggest and most beautiful music festivals in Norway.  Read more at http://www.hovefestivalen.no
  • Where: Arendal, Norway.
  • When:  Jun 28 – Jul 3, 2014              (some volunteers may start Jun 26 or 27)

 

ABOUT THE VOLUNTEERING

  • Assignment:  Checking IDs and placing wristbands giving access to alcohol purchase to festival  participants.
  • Duration: Depends on the shift group you choose. Three days of about 6 hours each before  the festival starts or during.
  • Benefits: A weekpass for the entire festival Camping access (bring a tent) T-shirt A donation of nok 1000 given to A Million Voices projects for your voluteering

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  1. At least 21 years old
  2. Able to communicate in either Norwegian or English
  3. Open minded and friendly
  4. Willing to give your all while on shifts
